Q: Can I use any other wallet besides MetaMask?

A: Yes. Trust Wallet works very well. Others can also be used as long as they have a Dapp browser.

Q: How do I buy MATIC to start investing?

A: You can purchase it through crypto exchanges like KuCoin, Coinbase, Crypto.com, Kraken, Binance, etc.

(You have to make sure your exchange supports sending MATIC through the Polygon network to external wallets. Some exchanges might send it through the ethereum network, as ERC20 token, and it will be a costly mistake. Do your own research and be careful.)

Q: I cant buy/sell TRIXX.. why?

A: Make sure you set the slippage for buys at 13% and 18% for sells.

Q: I can't deposit. What do I do?

A: Try the link below and make the deposit in whole numbers.

Ex: If you have 65.67 TRIXX tokens, make the deposit 65 TRIXX.

Q: Can I claim/change the TRIXX airdrop after token launch date?

A: No. The airdrop is now over and can not be changed.

Q: Has the snapshot been taken?

A: Yes the snapshot has been taken for all eligible wallets. The Airdrop and Token launch projected within 48 hours of the 15th of March 2022.

Q: How do I claim my airdrop?

A: See instructional video below. If you feel the amount is wrong please DO NOT claim and continue to the next video. If you can not view the video below access the page on a desktop pc. Once the token is launched this step may no longer be available.

Q: Do I get TRIXX based off of the reward or the deposit amount?

A: TRIXX will be distributed based on the DEPOSIT amount not the rewards. Those rewards in Matic will NOT be paid. You will ONLY get the ratio of TRIXX tokens listed on the main page depending on the plan you choose. We recommend the 28 day plan for the best ratio of TRIXX and the best price.

Q: Is the liquidity (LP) locked?

Q: Where do I get my tokens from the air drop?

A: On matrixx.community there is an air drop token logo at the top of the page. Simply connect your wallet that you used for maticstaker, click the logo, and claim your tokens.

*UPDATE* The airdrop is now over. Tokens can no longer be claimed.

Q: Are rewards paid in TRIXX or Matic? I see Matic when on the dashboard.

A: Rewards are paid in TRIXX tokens. The UI just shows Matic.

Q: I can't swap Matrixx to Matic tokens.. or Matic to TRIXX why?

A: Use QuickSwap exchange and set the slippage to 18% or more to sell and 12% or more to buy.

Q: Are there plans to market TRIXX?

A: Yes. We are currently in the process of setting up marketing. YouTube, Social Media, etc will be utilized.

Q: Where do I invest my TRIXX tokens?

A: On matrixx.community you will connect your wallet and click or tap the Invest button at the top of the page. You will then choose Beta, Alpha, or Gamma. Once a decision is make you will input the number of TRIXX tokens you would like to invest and click or tap deposit.

Q: How do I buy TRIXX?

A: On matrixx.community you will connect your wallet and click the Swap button at the top of the page. This will take you to Quick Swap. Connect your wallet to the page. There you will swap your Matic for TRIXX.

Q: Does 50% of the TRIXX tokens will be airdropped to users of maticstaker.io mean I am going to get 50% of my deposit amount or reward amount in TRIXX?

A: No this means that half of the total supply of tokens are set aside for the users of maticstaker.io and the rest will go to fair market for sale. You will receive the ratio listed depending which ACTIVE LOCKED plan you have at the time of snapshot. Users without an ACTIVE LOCKED plan will not be eligible for the airdrop.

Q: Can I do more than one deposit?

A: You can do more than one deposit. You can also add to plans.

Q: Am I able to withdraw my deposit?

A: Your deposits cannot be withdrawn, only your earnings can.

Q: I tried to withdraw my earnings but it’s stuck queued forever.

A: Inside your MetaMask on the withdraw transaction, click “view on block explorer” and if no transaction shows up, that means it didn’t make it to the blockchain and it’s just stuck in your MetaMask Wallet. You have to Reset your MetaMask to clear it out and try again. Go to Settings — Advanced

Q: Why can I not access the website? Is the website down? My Anti-Virus is telling me the website is a Phishing site.

A: Avast and some others have started adding some crypto sites and crypto miners trying to block them. Try adding the website to the accepted sites. Also clear your cache, clear your browser history, and restart your browser. If you can use a mobile device, access the website through your Dapp browser.

Q: Do I get TRIXX tokens for the plans or tariffs that have expired?

A: No. You must have an active stake in a locked plan to receive the ratio of TRIXX tokens listed.

Q: Can I post links in Telegram chat?

A: No. We have no way of knowing where that link goes or what that link will do to anyone that clicks the link. We want to offer our community a safe Telegram channel.

Q: Where can I see how much is currently invested and in what plans?

A: There is nowhere to see the exact amount currently in plans. You can check the contract on Polyscan and see deposits and for how much as well as with draws and how much.

Q: Why are the withdraws showing on Polyscan as 0?

A: It is just the way it shows on the transactions tab. Just simply click the transaction hash and you will see the amount that was withdrawn.

Q: Why can I not connect my wallet to the website or it is saying wrong network?

A: Make sure you are connected to the right network before trying to connect your wallet. Polygon Network

Q: Why can I not withdraw? When I click withdraw nothing happens or it just says processing forever.

A: Try increasing the gas. Also clear your cache, history, and restart the browser.

Q: My MetaMask shows an error when I try to deposit or withdraw?

A: Change the RPC in MetaMask. Just Google how to change the rpc in MetaMask for polygon and go to the MetaMask website.

Q: I am in 90 day plan. after the plan ends and I want to do another 90 day plan will I have to withdraw first and enter into the new 90 day plan or can I just press the compound (re-invest) button and it will automatically put me in another 90 day plan?

A: The compound button will compound the available rewards into the current active plan if you have 1000 or more available TRIXX to compound. If the plan expires u will need to withdraw and make a new deposit
